Gaylord Gets Animated
DreamWorks is bringing its animated characters to all the Gaylord Properties this fall with a new generation of family vacation programming and entertainment.
Live interactive experiences will begin in November and include character breakfasts, newly themed Christmastime events, poolside activities in the summer, imaginative food-and-beverage offerings, private birthday parties, festive parades, merchandise and various themed entertainment. Gaylord Hotels plans to feature live appearances by characters from Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, and Madagascar as well as exciting, new characters created by the studio. National Park Adventures
Austin-Lehman Adventures launched three new 6-day family adventures to iconic national parks from June to August. Since most national park lodging is already sold-out for summer, these trips are an ideal way for an active family to experience our national treasures. The trips embrace the best of Yosemite, Bryce & Zion and Arches National Parks. The Yosemite Family Vacation includes hiking, rock climbing, swimming and rappelling.
