GAdventures has recently added several new destinations to their National Geographic Family Journeys collection. Built for adventure-loving families (with children and grandchildren ages 7+) these small group trips bring multiple generations together to share in the wonders of the world. In more news, National Geographic Signature with G Adventures is a new collection that features 29 premium itineraries, such as in South Africa, Vietnam, Japan, Central Asia, Peru, and Jordan, and will include elevated accommodations, smaller group sizes and exclusive access to sites and experts. Booking will open in January 2026 and inaugural departures in January 2027. Stay tuned for special family departures.

The White Mouse Detective Hunt

Marriott Expands in Kenya

Marriott International is expanding its luxury safari portfolio with the addition of two new properties in Kenya: the Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp and the JW Marriott Mount Kenya Rhino Reserve Safari Camp. Set to open in August, the Ritz-Carlton camp will mark the brand’s debut in the luxury safari camp segment. Nestled within the Masai Mara National Reserve on an island in the Sand River, the camp will be designed as an elevated “treetop retreat,” offering stunning views of the annual Great Migration. It will feature 20 tented suites, each with private plunge pools, separate living areas, and both indoor and outdoor showers.
