GAdventures has recently added several new destinations to their National Geographic Family Journeys collection. Built for adventure-loving families (with children and grandchildren ages 7+) these small group trips bring multiple generations together to share in the wonders of the world. Or discover Portugal side-by-side through hands-on experiences that trace history in Lisbon’s vibrant streets, wander Sintra’s romantic hilltop castles, and cycle along the sunlit coast.  Other new tours include options in Ireland, Spain, Greece, Ecuador, Belize, Italy and Mexico! All of the trips include interactive activities inspired by National Geographic’s expertise in photography and storytelling, wildlife, culture, history, and geography as well as two tour directors, kid-friendly meal options and groups of 20 or less like-minded family travelers.

In more news, National Geographic Signature with G Adventures is a new collection that features 29 premium itineraries, such as in South Africa, Vietnam, Japan, Central Asia, Peru, and Jordan, and will include elevated accommodations, smaller group sizes and exclusive access to sites and experts. Booking will open in January 2026 and inaugural departures in January 2027. Stay tuned for special family departures.
